Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments
All services are by appointment only.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Same-day cancellations will incur a 30% fee of the scheduled service total.
No-shows may be charged the full amount and may be required to prepay future appointments.

3. Refunds & Product Returns
We do not offer refunds for services.
If you have concerns after your appointment, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

All skincare product sales are final once opened due to hygiene and safety regulations. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original condition. If you experience a reaction or are unhappy with how your skin is responding, please contact us within 7 days so we can review your routine and make any needed adjustments.

4. Health & Safety
Please inform your esthetician of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.
If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition (such as a rash, infection, or fever), please reschedule.

5. Liability
Belle’s Beauty Bar is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions, medications, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

6. Privacy
Your personal information is always kept confidential and is used only for appointment management and direct communication regarding your services.
