FAQ

  • How often should I get a facial?

Facials aren’t a one-time fix — since your skin renews itself every 28 days, booking every 4–6 weeks ensures lasting results and keeps your skin healthy and glowing.

  • Do you customize facials for my skin type?

Yes! Every treatment is tailored to your skin’s needs — whether it’s hydration, acne, or anti-aging.

  • How should I prepare for a facial?

For the best results, arrive with a clean face free of makeup. Avoid exfoliating or using strong skincare products (like retinol or acids) 2–3 days before your facial. If you’re waxing, schedule it at least 24–48 hours beforehand. This helps your skin stay calm and ready to fully benefit from your treatment.

  • Are there any reasons to avoid facials?

Yes. You should avoid facials if you have active cold sores, open wounds, severe sunburn, or certain skin infections. If you’re using prescription acne medications like Accutane (within the last 6–12 months), we’ll need to delay treatments until your skin is safe. Always let your esthetician know about any medications, skin conditions, or allergies before your appointment.

  • What should I expect during my first facial?

During your first facial, we’ll start with a consultation to understand your skin type, concerns, and goals. Then, you’ll enjoy a customized treatment including cleansing, skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions (if needed), a relaxing massage, and a nourishing mask. We’ll finish with product recommendations tailored to your skin. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, glowing, and confident in your skin.

  • Can I buy Circadia products without a facial?

Yes! You can shop our Circadia skincare line in the spa or online through our Shop page.
